Read TranscriptHere at Bayou Dental, we do just about every phase of dentistry, from two-year old kids to 102 year old adults and beyond. I love doing my own root canals. It’s a very meticulous process, and I love being able to do a root canal and patients saying, “That’s all there is to it? I thought it took six visits to do a root canal.”
I love creating a smile for somebody that has never had that smile and has always hid their smile when they talked, or when they laughed, or when they were in a group of people. It’s amazing when we look at before-and-after photographs of those people that have real problems with their smile. Before, they barely showed teeth, and afterward it’s like Venetian blinds. The smile goes up to their eyes and they show, because they’re happy. I think that’s what dentistry is really about—is creating lifelong friends by being able to create lifelong changes for people.
