So it isn’t quite as stable as if we had used four or more implants. But the denture won’t float around, won’t move from side to side, and won’t come loose during chewing. It’s removable, and you’ll take it off nightly to clean the denture and your gums.
The ball attachments on the implants fit into a socket in the denture. The socket will have a flexible o-ring that allows the ball to snap into the denture, which securely holds the denture but allows it some rotation movement. These o-rings will wear out over time, but it is a simple process to take them out and pop new ones in.
